Eero Aarnio’s Bubble Chair

A sixties icon, the ‘Bubble’ chair is a serious design classic that doesn’t take itself too seriously.

I think it looks as good today as it did back in the Pop Art era and the space age design takes on a new dimension when placed close to modern technology such as the flat screen TV as in the photo above.

There are many reproductions on the market today like the one being sold at Vertigo Interiors, just a shame I don’t have the ceilings for it!
