Twentieth Century Interiors have a new section on their website intended to showcase a range of items created from vintage furniture given a new lease of life by applying contemporary fabrics and treatments.
The early signs are promising with the G Plan stool above being my favourite so far.

Carrying on the Eames wire based theme, I thought I would show you all this stylish version of the traditional Work lamp.
As described by the Swedish design team Form Us With Love;
“the traditional construction lamp is a brilliant thing, you can hang it, put it on the shelf or on the floor. You can drop it, treat it rough and it uses a minimum of materials for a maximum numbers of functions. It deserved a better appearance.”
I’m thinking a line of these above a dining table with some white Harry Bertoia chairs?!!!
